Join Us as a Process Engineer
We’re looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team, supporting the Single Aisle aircraft programme. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by helping industrialise new and modified designs within a major aerospace environment.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative, multifunctional team and support the smooth transition of mechanical and electrical modifications into production.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring aircraft modifications are seamlessly integrated into the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Translating design intent into clear, accurate technical instructions and Manufacturing Engineering data for production, assembly, testing and certification.
  • Delivering detailed work preparation (including routings, BOMs, SOIs and STV calculations).
  • Ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Implementing best‑practice manufacturing methods, tools and processes.
  • Managing process improvements and supporting industrialisation projects from concept through to implementation.
  • Evaluating and improving manufacturing capacities, as well as recommending design changes where appropriate.
  • Providing hands‑on support to shopfloor teams, supply chain and Final Assembly Lines.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from a range of manufacturing, production and industrial engineering backgrounds. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with business or manufacturing systems (SAP ideal).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering methods, design processes and production systems.
  • Ability to work from first principles and make informed technical decisions.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
A background in large‑scale manufacturing environments is particularly valuable.
Why This Role?
  • Impactful Work: Contribute to the production of world‑leading aircraft and be part of a high‑performing engineering function.
  • Career Growth: Work alongside experienced engineering teams, developing expertise in complex manufacturing environments.
  • Supportive Culture: Guidant Global champions an inclusive, people‑first approach with a focus on wellbeing, flexibility and professional growth.
