Join Us Guidant Global is proud to partner with Airbus, a world leader in aerospace, to find a talented Business & Project Management Partner to support their Landing Gear Engineering domain.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, diverse, and forward‑thinking Operations Integration team, working closely with engineering leaders to deliver project excellence, drive performance, and support continuous improvement across Airbus commercial programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Business & Project Management Partner, you’ll play a key role in operational delivery by supporting engineering functions with planning, performance, and project governance. Your responsibilities will include:
Operational & Project Support
Ensuring business and project management processes are followed within the engineering function.
Supporting the creation and maintenance of annual and multi‑year workload, resource, and financial plans aligned to customer requirements.
Monitoring performance data, identifying deviations, and coordinating actions to keep projects on track.
Resource & Supplier Management
Launching and managing internal resourcing activities and external supplier engagements in line with Airbus policies.
Overseeing offload suppliers and managing purchase orders to support project delivery.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Collating, reviewing, and reporting key performance indicators to enable effective decision‑making.
Promoting a culture of anticipation—spotting risks, opportunities, and workload changes early.
Supporting the implementation of new ways of working and best‑practice project management methods.
People & Stakeholder Engagement
Mentoring engineering colleagues on business and project management principles.
Onboarding and supporting new team members.
Deputising for engineering functional leaders in governance reviews, covering finance, resources, and performance topics.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need formal qualifications—experience is what matters most. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in business management, project management, or a similar operational role.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage customers and stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and analytical abilities, supported by strong digital literacy.
A proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic approach—happy to work autonomously and “get stuck in”.
Curiosity, a willingness to challenge the norm, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Preferred but not essential:
Experience in an engineering‑led environment or familiarity with aerospace operations.
