What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving operational and financial performance across supply chain activities. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Operational Planning (OP) activities in collaboration with central finance teams
- Monitoring and reporting on budgets, resources, and performance across operational teams
- Leading and coordinating the resource management network across Supply Chain Operations, working closely with HR and Finance
- Producing insightful analysis and decision-making materials on resource strategy (including workforce planning, attrition, and diversity)
- Contributing to make vs. buy strategies and wider competitiveness improvement projects
- Driving improvements in financial tracking, reporting accuracy, and governance processes
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who are motivated, analytical, and confident working in a complex, stakeholder-driven environment.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a large or complex organisation, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence across multiple teams
- Experience of financial planning, reporting, and performance tracking
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in enhancing processes and reporting capability
- Experience in governance processes or financial controls
- Knowledge of macros or advanced data tools
