We’re supporting the search for an Early Careers Administration Assistant to join a collaborative team delivering vital support to early careers programmes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to initiatives that shape the next generation of talent.
Working closely with the Early Careers team, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support, helping to keep programmes running efficiently and making a real impact across the business.
What you’ll be doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll:
Support the day-to-day administration of the Early Careers function
Maintain key trackers, including intake and programme data
Produce and distribute monthly headcount reports
Manage and support internal communications to the Early Careers community
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Coordinate data management and tagging activities
Provide general administrative support, including:
Raising purchase orders
Booking hospitality and visitor access
Organising “Day in the Life” sessions
Supporting education liaison activities
Assisting with induction planning and onboarding
Supporting programme-related events and initiatives
Contribute to weekly updates and team activity reporting
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from individuals who are:
Experienced in administration within an office environment
Confident delivering excellent customer service (written and verbal)
Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and solve problems
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently when required
Desirable:
Knowledge of Google Suite tools

Competitive hourly pay:
£19 per hour (PAYE)
£25.41 per hour (Umbrella)
A structured working week (35 hours across 4.5 days)
