About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Management Business Partner to support the successful delivery of high‑value CAPEX and building & construction projects at Airbus Broughton.
Working closely with the Project Leader and multi‑functional teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping projects from feasibility and concept through to design, delivery and final handover. This is a highly collaborative role, suited to someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and brings a structured, professional approach to project governance.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Project Management Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with Project Leaders to set up, manage and deliver projects in line with Airbus Project Management standards
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting and controls
- Support budget management, cost tracking and financial follow‑up
- Lead and support risk and opportunity management, including mitigation planning
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects and professional service providers
- Monitor and validate progress of professional service work packages and on‑site works
- Support milestone reviews, audits and compliance activities
- Ensure projects meet safety, security, ethical and technical compliance requirements
- Use appropriate project management tools and methodologies to support delivery
What We’re Looking For

- Broad, hands‑on project management experience, ideally within capital investment or construction environments
- Experience working with multi‑functional teams, including external contractors and professional service partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels
- Sound understanding of risk, budget and schedule management
- Experience within building and construction project management (desirable)
- A structured, proactive and collaborative approach
- Strong IT skills, with experience using tools such as SharePoint, MS Project or similar collaboration and planning tools
