Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5 days between 7am and 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)
Pay: £20.00 per hour PAYE / £26.75 per hour Umbrella

Help shape continuous improvement at one of the UK's leading aerospace sites.
Guidant Global is recruiting on behalf of Airbus for three Business Change Agents to join the Operational Teams at Broughton. Reporting into the Integration Manager, you will work closely with the Operational Business Development Manager / Business Improver to drive change, support improvement projects and help the site prepare for future rate steps.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining a robust management and resource process for Continuous Improvement projects
Liaising with functional leaders, front line managers, technicians and operators as part of a multi-functional team to drive change
Making sure improvements are identified and followed through to support a safe working environment, driven by departmental objectives and management
Supporting SQCDP continuous improvement activities across the business, including local cost reduction projects
Assisting in the development of a 5-10 year investment strategy, including tooling replacement and the reporting of critical asset risks and replacement needs
Supporting the timely completion of CPR 1053, TCO and PUWER assessments
Assisting in preparing monthly CDT reviews, ensuring accurate reporting and updates within the Rate, Enablement and Quality Moonshot packs, including measuring and reporting KPIs
Supporting the development of polypoly tools and training needs, and executing training plans to enable future rate steps
Participating in management go-look-see, providing support to the local Operational Teams
Supporting the multi-functional team to enable AOS / MES roadmaps and the Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) with the operational teams
What We're Looking For Essential
Highly motivated and customer focused, with experience of delivering improvement projects
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with autonomy
Effective communication skills for liaising with a wide range of people across functional departments
Demonstrated project management experience
Able to obtain BPSS+ clearance (completed by Airbus Security)
Desirable
Project management experience within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of EHS processes and procedures
Aerospace experience is preferable but not essential
