Get ready for the next steps in your journey

If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to attend a skills assessment at Airbus, Broughton
Upon successful completion of the skills assessment, you will undertake a telephone interview
Feedback will be received regarding your interview outcome. If successful, a start date will be provided
You will receive a provisional offer and be booked for a pre-employment medical
A gateway link will be sent from the Airbus security team for security clearance requirements

All employees will need to undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard screening (BPSS security check) which can take up to 4 weeks at no cost incurred to you.

Onboarding starts here

After all checks have been completed you will receive a link to start the onboarding process and a second email requesting data consent. Simply fill in all the information and you will be ready for the next step
You will receive a contract upon passing your pre-employment medical

Checking in for your first day

An email will be sent with details of your first day for your induction.

Guidant Global will provide you with T-shirts and safety footwear. The rest of your workwear will be delivered to your training location.
